You must be at least 12 years old for this tour.
All cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance will receive a full refund. All cancellations must be emailed to info@funpuertovallarta.com. Any cancellation under 48 hours in advance cannot be refunded. No shows are also non-refundable.
We are unable to issue a refund for a no-show under any circumstances.
You can change any of our tours 24 hours or more before the tour begins. Changes can be made without a fee or penalty. All changes are subject to availability.
Yes, the tour does not cover any alcoholic drinks, souvenirs, photos and gratuity. You need to bring cash, there are no ATMs nearby.
In the rear event that it is not safe to do the tour, a full refund will be given.
Light clothing and comfortable shoes. Bring your bathing suit and a towel.
