Cancellation Policy

All cancellations of your tour made at least 48 hours in advance will receive a full refund. Any cancellations made 24 hours in advance will receive a 50% refund. All cancellations must be emailed to info@funvacation.com. Any cancellation under 24 hours in advance cannot be refunded. No shows are also non-refundable.

Bad Weather

In the rare event that it is not safe to do the tour, a full refund will be given.

No-Show Policy

We are unable to issue a refund for a no-show under any circumstances.

Late-Arrival Policy

If you are late for your tour pick-up time and the driver leaves without you, we are unable to refund, however we will do all in our effort to accommodate you at the next available tour. This will have an extra $20 USD charge per person for re-booking.

Change Policy

You can change any tour 24 hours or more before the tour begins. Changes can be made without a fee, subject to availability.
